Opportunity Overview:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide valuable input in the selection process.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about different technical roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
