Entry Level Technical Recruiter
Location: Newton, MA/Hybrid

- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide valuable input in the selection process.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about different technical roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
