What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll command Sales Navigator like a fleet admiral, ride HubSpot like a pro jockey, and tap into GPTs like a cyborg. You’ll be learning the ropes of staffing sales while building new client relationships and growing some existing ones. Expect to warm call, network, and show up—both virtually and in person.

You bring the recruiting chops, and we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll work alongside some of the most successful and supportive professionals in the staffing industry—people who actually enjoy mentoring and helping you level up.

Where You’ll Be Doing It
We’re hybrid: in the office (Needham, MA) Tuesday through Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday. And this isn’t some beige-walled office—our Needham space is a modern coworking hub packed with perks, good vibes, and free snacks. It’s built for learning and collaboration.

What You Need to Be Considered
We have one clear requirement for this role: you must have prior experience recruiting at a staffing firm.
